[CIX-ATL Members] Non-impacting route server maintenance today (Fri) at 4pm EST

Hi CIX-ATL members,

At 4pm today, we will move the route servers, one at a time, to new switch
ports.  This is a follow-up from last night's member port moves and should
take no more than a few minutes.

There will be no impact to the IX and you may or may not see sessions
bounce depending on your BGP timers.
