A quick update:

 

I just got off the phone with the QTS OSC and one of the paths has now been restored and stable.

 

We will have an update later today on the cause and resolution.

Community IX has been alerted that our switch at QTS-Atlanta Metro is unreachable due to both East and West fiber paths from that site being down.

 

This has been reported to the QTS OSC as QTS provides us with the connectivity from that site.

 

When we have an update, I’ll send another message to the list.
