[CIX-ATL Members] Route server and IXP Manager maintenance

Hi again,

Maintenance of route server 206.71.12.4 (2001:504:40:12::1:4) was completed
successfully, but we were unable to get to 206.71.12.5
(2001:504:40:12::1:5) in time, nor were we able to complete the upgrades of
IXP Manager.

We will resume the maintenance to complete the tasks tomorrow (Wednesday
December 29th) at noon EST.  Please note that all services are currently
functioning normally, and if you are experiencing any issues, please let
noc at communityix.org know.
